Founded in 2004, Hospice in His Care is a Baton Rouge family owned and operated hospice that is certified and licensed in the state of Louisiana. We are not affiliated with any particular denomination or organization. We honor the diversity in beliefs and backgrounds of all our patients. With the assistance of our hospice, the patient and their loved ones can live fully and as comfortable as possible, by allowing our team to address pain, distress and fears of the patient, family and friends with love and compassion.
The principal owner of Hospice in His Care is Ms. Janette Roulston. She is a registered nurse with over 40 years of nursing care experience in hospital, home health and hospice. Ms. Roulston plays an active day to day role in the care and oversight of our patients.
Hospice in His Care believes that through overall assistance customized to the unique needs of the patient and family, this step of life can be one the patient and family controls. Our professional loving staff strives to provide physical comfort for the patient, while providing the emotional and spiritual support needed for the family by honoring decisions and choices.
